Join us for this Bristol-wide event celebrating the history of fruit growing in the city on Saturday 8th June, between 12 and 5. Orchard Roots Bristol is part of the 'Know your Bristol' series of events on local community heritage and we invite you to come along and find out about fruit growing past and present.

Do you love growing fruit in your allotment garden or community space? Did you work at Long Ashton Research Station? Do you have connections to orchards or market gardens around Bristol? We want to hear all about it.

Bring your photographs, memories, fruit-related materials, stories about fruit growing to our outdoor photographic and recording studio.

All welcome to enjoy time in the orchard, taste our delicious home-made cakes, peruse plants for sale, and take a tour of the orchard.

You can find out more about 'Know your Bristol' here, and about the Get Growing Garden Trail from the Bristol Food Network.
